How Link Devices handles personal data.
Link Devices is a brand of Fine Robot Modules, Lda, an SME in mechatronics and industrial robotics. Data protection matters: we commit to preventing misuse and to allowing access and updates.

Collection and use
In the course of our work we may collect data and/or images for communication by email, telephone or another platform, workshops, events, or non-nominative images of equipment and solutions. You may choose whether to provide data. If you do, that is understood as consent to collection, to disclosure when the purpose is to present Link Devices’ activity, and to being contacted for those purposes. You may ask at any time for an update or deletion, except where the law requires us to keep the data.
Contact form
The contact form collects, as provided by you: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), product of interest (optional) and message. These data are sent by email to sales@link-devices.eu and are not stored in a website database. The source IP address is logged temporarily only to prevent spam.
Newsletters
Newsletters are sent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We keep the data while you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe via the link in each email or at sales@link-devices.eu. After unsubscribing we delete the data within 3 months. Without consent you will not receive campaigns. Open rates may be measured under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention and security
Data is used by Link Devices and is not shared with third parties unless you authorise it or the law requires it. It is stored for the minimum legal period and for as long as the purpose requires. In the event of a breach you may complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD). Attempts to breach the database will be pursued in court.

This replacement site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If non-essential cookies are added later, consent will be requested explicitly. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies.
Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@fine-solutions.eu.
